Divorce doesn’t have to define your future.

Divorce after a long-term marriage can leave even the most confident woman feeling unmoored — questioning who she is, what comes next, and how to navigate a life that suddenly feels unfamiliar.

My work is designed to guide you through that uncertain space into a place of clarity, confidence, and deep self-trust.

A New Beginning for Women Rebuilding Life After Divorce

Hi, I’m Wendy. .

After years of helping women heal from heartbreak and rediscover their purpose, I created Healing Forward — a structured, 12-week coaching journey designed to help you release the past, reconnect with yourself, and reimagine your future following divorce.

As a former Marriage & Family Therapist turned Life Coach, I’ve spent decades guiding women through life’s biggest transitions.

What I’ve learned is this:

Healing isn’t just about recovering from the past — it’s about becoming the woman you’re meant to be.

About Me

Healing Forward™

Rebuild Your Life After Divorce

The end of a marriage doesn’t just change your relationship status — it shifts your identity, your routines, your confidence, and the way you see your future.

Divorce coaching offers something traditional support often doesn’t: a safe, structured, and deeply compassionate space to process what happened, make sense of your emotions, and rebuild your life with intention.

Healing Forward is the approach I bring to this work — a grounded and effective way of helping women move through grief, release emotional weight, reconnect with themselves, and rise into the next chapter with clarity and confidence.

You don’t have to rush your healing. You don’t have to figure everything out alone. You just need a path forward, and someone to guide you along the way.

Healing isn’t about moving on.

It’s about moving forward.

I meet so many women who have been waiting to feel better after their divorce. They keep hoping that with time, life will get back to normal and that they’ll start to feel like themselves again.

But healing isn’t something that “just happens” — it’s something we create.

With my Healing Forward™ Program, your path to feeling better isn’t left to time or luck. You don’t have to wait to feel ready — you get the guidance, structure, and support to move into a new chapter with confidence.

Let's Talk!

What happens when you fully heal after divorce?

You can move forward into your next best chapter with strength, confidence and purpose.

Does this sound familiar?

You thought life after divorce would eventually feel better — calmer, clearer, more you.
But instead…

  • You’re holding everything together on the outside… while quietly falling apart on the inside.

  • You feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected — unsure of who you are now that your marriage has ended.

  • Your confidence took a hit, and you’re questioning decisions you used to feel certain about.

  • You want to move forward, but a part of you still feels stuck in the past or grieving what “should have been.”

  • You’ve read the books, tried to stay positive, kept yourself busy — yet nothing has helped you consistently feel better

  • And even though you’re strong and resourceful… you don’t recognize the woman looking back at you right now.

The Good News?

You’re not broken.
You’re not behind.
You’re in a transition that no one prepared you for.

And the only way through is by slowing down, turning inward, and reconnecting with the woman you’re becoming.

That’s what Healing Forward helps you do — calmly, intentionally, and with the support you deserve.
